Full Time – Rs.96000 to Rs.1.44 Lakhs per annum

Roles and Responsibilities

Inspect the items received, ensure they match the product description, any missing components/damages reported. Pictures/videos of the incoming items taken using Mobile phone and log the item details.
Pack the items by following highest level of packaging standards and keep them ready for dispatch. Affix documentation and carrier s shipment tracking labels to carton(s).
Perform regular housekeeping of the warehouse items
End to end – Inspection to Pack to Ship – All should happen in 1 day
Ability to inspect-pack-ship few hundred items in a faster manner.
Facilitate returns.
Assists Warehouse Management in receiving trucks and loading or unloading pallets of product, while maintaining the integrity of the product through proper handling

Roles and Responsibilities

Receive packages in front office receptionist area. Check-in incoming packages into our Mobile App.
Answer phone calls, respond to WhatsApp chats, respond to emails, respond to queries on mobile app, respond to SMSs.
Provide support guidance to customer’s queries. Respond to refunds, claims and other customer issues.
Keep updating the frequently asked questions keywords on WhatsApp and Website.
Understand various tools used at yourDesiCart to respond to customer’s questions better.
Build videos for explaining frequently asked customers questions. Coordinate with graphic team if needed.
Ensure every customer who approaches via WhatsApp, phone, email, mobile app etc is on-boarded in the system – name, email and phone number.
Proactively track and report customer issues.
Faster responses to customer’s queries, be available during the office hours.
