Passport, Currency Notes & Coins, Uncrossed(bearer cheques) drafts/cheques, Precious stones, Precious or Semi-precious Jewelry (imitation jewelry with purchase bills allowed), Arms & ammunition, Dry ice, Firearms, explosives, military equipment, Flammable adhesives, Infectious substances, Magnetized materials.

  • Non veg Items
  • Ayurveda Medicines – Only churnam powders, leham, jam, liquids of 250ml bottles (5 such bottles in one shipment ) are allowed. No capsules or tablet form allowed
  • Allopathy Medicines – only vitamin supplements in powder form, jam form, liquids upto 250ml bottles (5 such in one shipment) are allowed
  • Dairy Items except ghee, chocolates, milk powder etc.. please check with us if it is allowed to your country. Exceptions apply.
  • Homemade Food to Australia – Not Allowed. Only branded food items with ISI mark allowed to Australia.
  • Soapnuts cannot be shipped to Australia.
  • Homemade Food to Other Countries – Allowed – minimum shelf life 22 days.
  • Oils allowed with following condition – branded with manufacturing label – upto 250ml bottle size, 5 such bottles in one shipment allowed
  • Flammable items
  • Raw or perishable items – minimum shelf life 15 days
  • Liquids allowed with following conditions – branded with manufacturing label – upto 250ml bottle size, 5 such bottles in one shipment allowed
  • Liquid, semi-liquid and gases except – face wash, shampoo, body wash, sauces, any gel cosmetics, any liquid cosmetics 250ml, serum 250ml, rose water 250ml etc.
  • Perfumes containing alcohol
  • Currency
  • Aerosol container not allowed
  • Acrylic paints, gum not allowed
  • Indian Postal Articles and all items that infringe the Indian Postal Act of 1898
  • Precious and semi-precious stones, gems, jewelry and equivalent items
  • Perishables
  • Radioactive or magnetic material
  • Negotiable Instruments (Bearer Form)
  • Pornographic material
  • Sodexo pass
  • Firearms, explosives and military equipment

Dangerous Goods

Definition: Commodities, which possess potentially hazardous characteristics. These are as the laid out
by IATA in the Dangerous Goods Regulations. The categories of dangerous goods are:

  • Class 1: Explosives
  • Class 2: Gases
  • Class 3: Flammable Liquids
  • Class 4: Flammable Solids
  • Class 5: Oxidizers and Organic Peroxides
  • Class 6: Toxic & Infectious Substances
  • Class 7: Radioactive Material
  • Class 8: Corrosives
  • Class 9: Miscellaneous e.g. Magnets – a danger to airplane equipment
